MyAnswers: Google adwords keyword tool defaults to United Kingdom and not Australia in Win8

When using Google's adwords keyword tool the default region is United Kingdom even though I'm located in Australia. This has only occurred since upgrading to Windows 8 Pro from Windows 7.
